One ffilipino librarian join the twenty seven(27) librarians of seventeen countries. The group was so interested because, she was so lucky enough to be accepted as one of the scholars of Indian Technical External of Ministry of Human Development. A rigid day to day session on the very interesting topics was discussed by several Indian information providers and a hands-on on every softwares lessons. Library visits was also conducted and tour for every beautiful spots of India. and swinning on different beaches but what keep the librarians too busy themselves on their proposal projects and country report to be submitted as a partials fullfillment to finished the two(2) months course.
