The powerpoint was prepared by Elnora Conti for presentation at the
PAARL Public Forum on "Assessment Techniques and Principles in
Applying Standards for Academic
Libraries" held last February 5, 2009 at the newly renovated FEATI
University Library, but was not actually delivered because of her
illness.  Yes, the Standards have been submitted to PRC and recently
approved, according to Mrs. Corazon Nera, Chair of the BFL, who was
also one of the resource speakers at the same forum.
