Thanks to Ma'am Fe for the untiring support.  The site gave me the chance to
check some details on Philippine library infrastructure and PLAI, among others
before I submit my revised chapter. 

To Andy,  thanks for the reply.  MISORLA will certainly be featured.  

To others, I still need the founding details for PASL and PPLLI, though.
