The BFL will be the one to do something it. Maybe some institutions, agencies,
companies are not aware about RA 9246 except those schools, universities and
colleges who applied for accreditation knew very well the RA 9246. Here in
our school, we have two but they are aware to continue schooling to earn for
the license otherwise, sooner or later they will be transferred.
