dear fellow librarians,
just wondering if anyone of you can input any information regarding lapses of
thesis for 7 years still unfinished, is there any consideration to a FAPE
scholar not to go back or enrolling again from the beginning instead of
finishing the thesis and just change the topic of the study???
any info? please share
