Calling all adobo cooks for an ADOBO THROWDOWN on Saturday, May 15,
7-9pm!  Have you, your nanay or tatay, your lolas or lolos, your titas
or titos or any other relative or friend made adobo for your huge
family get-togethers?  Show off your family recipe or your new updated
version as part of Asian Culinary Forum's 2010 symposium, "Filipino
Flavors: Tradition & Innovation" at Civic Center's International
Culinary School at The Art Institute of California-San Francisco.

Limited slots are still available for competitors to feed a hungry
crowd and a discerning panel of judges for a top prize and bragging
rights.  If you're interested, please email Cindy Mendoza at
[email protected] by Monday, April 19, and she will send you an
application.  We'll be finalizing the line up by the end of the month.
