To the organizers ofthe seminar on The Rizal Library's Fourth International 
Conference on

Library Spaces: Building Effective and Sustainable Physical and Virtual

Libraries, why the schedule is changed to October 21-22, 2010 instead of what 
has been scheduled in the programme forwarded that is on October 25-26, 2010? 
This is very disappointing (if it is true that the schedule has changed) since 
I already had booked my two-way plane ticket.

Please do clarify this.
