Hi, Zarah!

Glad to be on the Librarians' mailing list! So many interesting news.

On the National Children's Book Day, I noted in the announcement that most
of the activities involve short stories and illustrations. I suggest that
the PBBY also include activities that will develop greater interest in
poetry written for children in all our languages, e.g.,
readings/recitations from Filipino and foreign authors, by authors and by
the children themselves. And more important, teaching and encouraging
children on the writing of poetry, bukod sa short stories.

cheers,

e:D
