Qualifications: 1. Has a license and valid ID from the Professional Regulation Commission 2. Has a Masters degree in Library Science or another field 3. At least 5 years experience in overall library management including acquisition, cataloguing and reader's services 4. Proven supervisory/management skills. Ability to deal with people at all levels 5. Must have a good command of written and spoken English 6. Must be service oriented 7.
