Sorry, I'm not sure I understand.  Are you saying that you have a
calibration file for each VueScan setting neutral / white balance /
etc. ?  Surely that is not correct since the white balance calculation
is done using values taken from the image.  Different images will have
different white balance calculations in VueScan (correct me if I am
wrong here!) Hence when you apply a fixed "white balance" profile using
cmap you will be assuming the white balance calculation from the Q60
and not from your image.  You would be better off fixing gimp to
1) read 48-bit tiff, 2) read embedded profiles in images, 3) display
using monitor compensation.
