Just put the raw scan files (in .tif format) into the VueScan folder and name them scan0001.tif, scan0002.tif, etc. Then run VueScan, set "Device|Scan from" to "Disk", set the "Device|Mode" to "LeafScan", set "Device|Frame numbers" to "1-99" and then press the Scan button.
