hiya there, I have a quick question for the group here.
I am looking for a new slide scanner.. Right now I have a Photosmart scanner with Vuescan software and it works ok, but with tough slides or dark slides they don't scan quite that well. I have been looking at three different scanners. Nikon LS IV Coolscan Nikon Supercoolscan 2000 Polaroid sprint scan 4000 I know someone who has the LS 2000 Scanner and loves it, and I can get one for around $750.00 new . I also have heard about the Polaroid scanner and the 200 rebate they are offering.. Does anyone know about the Nikon LS IV coolscan and a comparison between the three of them? I know some of the specs. of all of them, but what is the best one overall? Thanks Eric
