Told you it was hard to find. Go to: http://www.silverfast.com/silverfast/upgrade-polaroid55-en.htm Their instructions aren't really complete/accurate. Instead of an Email you'll receive a phone call requesting your credit card number. After you give them that you'll receive an Email giving you the download instructions.
