Thanks. The friend of mine owns Minolta Scan Speed. Unfortunately, I didn't find exact raw file format it downloads after the scan. It is referred as TIFF, but what is exact data format inside in unclear. I can only assume that this is RGB 24 or 36 bits/pixel, however I need to know the exact color samples locations in related to each pixel location (does the file looking like RGBRGBRGBRGB... where each subsequent RGB samples express the pixel information ?)

You probably ought to be addressing some scanner or software in particular (Vuescan?), but the data is almost always RGB (possibly IR) at a depth set by the scanner's firmware (8bit/channel, 10, 12, 14 ...). > Is the downloaded raw file TIFF only ?
