It was starting to take up too much of my time, so I decided not to read it any more. I'm sure people will continue to discuss VueScan in comp.periphs.scanners, but I don't have time to monitor it any more. > While his > wwwsite implies the forum to be a resource for "scanning techniques, > problems and workarounds", I now wonder how he wants us to report possible > "bugs" and "suggestions"? I plan to add a page for reporting bugs to my web site, and then bounce all e-mailed bug reports with a request to use the web site. The reason for this is that most bug reports I get by e-mail forget to mention what operating system is being used, and often doesn't even mention what scanner is being used. > Such discussions could be here of course, but I > also wonder if that is appropriate (Tony?, Ed?). I'd suggest that people only post messages that are useful to a significant number of people on this mailing list.
