Keith: Can you please post the info her about how to obtain this cleaning brush, and whether it works? I just bought a new Sprintscan 4000.
-lee- I obtained my brush from Polaroid by calling tech support. See my earlier post explaining the brush (2/2/2002 3:41PM). It got stuck. I couldn't remove it. I sent the SprintScan 4000 back to Massachusets for extrication. I won't use it again...
