I have scanned and printed formats from Minox 8x11mm to 6x6cm and even a couple of frames of 2.5x4.25" (616 format) with the 2450. I would deem it best suited to 645 and larger, but it does not do badly with small formats either.
13x19" prints from 645 negatives are breathtaking...
