No problems here... had terrible luck with 3.1 and 3.1.1... version 3.1.2 is fine... the problem with the earlier versions was my dual cpu... Nikon couldn't handle it... yes, it was a Nikon Software problem... a solution was to reboot in single cpu mode... which i refused to do... so used VueScan. With 3.1.2 the problem has been rectified. And, touch wood, NikonScan... just hums along... BTW am using W2K Pro.
