I also have onboard video, Intel mobo, PIII/800, 512MB RAM.
I run 19" monitor at 1024x768 in 24bit ("TrueColor") mode.
No probs, plenty fast for PhotoShop.
If you do 3D, especially gaming, this would NOT be adequate however..
