I am not sure what you mean by binders, but have a look at the 'archival' sleeves such as http://www.compupack.co.uk/detail.asp?productid=22 Is this good for you? It seems ideal and way better than jewel boxes, so long as the plastic etc is truly archival and also not a scratch hazard. Once in a binder, they stay in order, and the tabs on top answer the labelling question.
