I don't know of a way to "copy" it, that is, to create a second instance of the block on a different page while leaving it on the first, but it is trivial to "move" one from one page to another: Select the text tool, select the text block, and select edit frame attributes, either from the pull down menu, or by right-clicking on the text block. To move the block, assign the block to a single page, and change the page number.
