hi.
i was listening to the fuzz between radio stations today [99,5 fm in freiburg, germany] and noticed that working on the computer [g4/400] had a direct effect on the nature of the sound of the noise, depending on the application i was using and whether the mouse [logitech mouseman wheel] was over or outside of a window of the current application, or being drawn across the screen [sony cpd-g400]. clicking the mouse and holding it down suppresses almost all of the sound, while dragging objects removes much of the lower frequencies, as does holding down keys on the keyboard. is this just harmless electric interference, or is my hard drive or screen sending some sort of signal to the radio? more importantly, what are the effects - long and short-term - of these signals on the human body? this is something i have wondered for some time now, if anyone has info or links to help me find out more about computer/body effects, about any kind of emissions from the computer, or other lists that might be able to give me more info, please let me know. cheers, jef -- .jef.chippewa. mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] .shirling.&.neueweise. mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] http://newmusicnotation.com _______________________________________________ Finale mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://mail.shsu.edu/mailman/listinfo/finale
