Yes.  Or "K" to make the fourth layer invisible, or "A" to make all layers
invisible.

These are staff styles predefined with metatools in Coda's templates.  If
you want to do it directly, you need to go to Staff-> Edit Staff
Attributes-> Alternate Notation-> Blank Notation.

Blank notation means that the entire layer is invisible but it still plays.

"Hidden notes" refers notes that you make disappear in Speedy using the "O"
key.  As far as I know, there's no way to make that kind of hidden note
play.
