OK - I've been reading about all the issues with MACs - but is there
anything negative with the Win Version?

Having purchased every upgrade since 1.0, I sure wish I could skip this
one because of it's lack of OSX support.  But alas, I have a FinWin 2003
file from a client to work on, so Coda is forcing me to upgrade if I
