If I select more than one stave and run the plug-in I get eratic extensions on the lower staves (or none at all), the top one always seems to work.
My work around is to run the plug-in on a single stave, close the box, re-select the next stave and run the plug-in again. If I keep closing and opening the dialogue box like this it works fine. Both these things happen in all of my files, not just random cases. It is still well worth the effort though! Hope that helps.
