There's nothing wacky about the input method -- it was all done with the Speedy MIDI entry. The notes in all the measures surrounding it were entered in precisely the same manner (and continuously), and have the same rhythm. This is the kind of thing that is pretty damned annoying. Thank you! That worked. I never realized that "COPY EVERYTHING" does not actually copy everything that is, in fact, copyable. I understand why copying does not copy clef changes, but seems to me that if the destination staff has the same starting clef as the source staff, it would make sense to replicate the clef changes of the original. -- David W.
