Yes, in options/document options/music options set the space before
"music" to zero. You may need to set some compensating distances after
clef/time sig/key sig to avoid having the music start too close to them.

I'm using FinWin 2000c but I assume there will be equivalent
instructions in later/Mac versions.

I've done lots of unbarred scores and parts now (mainly Renaissance
polyphony), having received huge amounts of help from this list when I
first started.
