The closest thing (not great) is note number 52 (E3) in the GM standard kit.
It's a pretty splashy sound on most GM sets.  To access it using QuickTime
instruments (Mac) or whatever basic GM synth set you have on your PC, in the
instrument list, set the midi channel for that staff to 10 (I believe some
sound cards dedicate 16 for percussion), and the patch to 01.  That gives
you the standard GM drum kit.

With QT, there are a few kits, including one called orchestra kit.  That has
a bit better sound on note #52 for what you ask about.  It would then be
channel 10, patch 49.

If you are using better MIDI instruments, then there may be other ways to
access the GM percussion patches, but with QT, whatever you send on channel
10 goes to percussion sets.
