I recommend you to copy it first in the original key and leave the
transposing job to Finale. Then you will have the original one copied in
case his or her voice continue to lower.
It is also less prone to errors.

In that case you can charge only your normal fee, plus the time you need to
correct minor problems due to the transposing.

You might also only copy the notes, which is probably what the pianist
needs.
