I follow your explanations :
1- In distiller options I include all my windows fonts.
2- I Select the Graphics Tool, double-click and drag a selection grid.
3- I export the selection as eps, including fonts and tiff preview.
4- In compile window, I save the file as .pdf. (The only option checked for
exporting is eps files ?)
4. There is an opening  message error in acrobat : (I try to translate...)
Acrobat can't open the .pdf  because this type of file is wrong or the file
is damaged.

Is there something already wrong ?
If this way of doing is good, there is perhaps a distiller setting error ?
Do you take standard distiller settings like print, screen, press ... ?

I'm very embarassed to insist but It's very important for me and my job to
understand why it's not working at home.
