Hello Dennis, Since the Mup format is published at http://www.arkkra.com/, this is certainly possible. We have not seen a lot of demand for importing Mup files, but if we do we could add it to our Dolet plug-in.
Someone could also build a separate program that converts Mup files into MusicXML format. So you could first run that program on your Mup file, then read the resulting MusicXML file into Finale.
