Haven't you tried the swingtext font from Rich Sigler? This one looks a lot more professional than the jazz font and contains all that you need to create text with all the features you probably want.

Yes, I've seen it. I find the text VERY wide and VERY bold. I need one more compact. But the numbers ARE nice!
