Since I have upgraded my OS to Win XP (SP1) I have had trouble converting Finale files to PDF using Acrobat Distiller. Things proceed normally until the final print-in-action dialogue box, which seizes (stalls at about 25% completed) and does not convert to PDF. Print error messages ensue. Printing to Acrobat PDF Writer works fine. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Any suggestions welcome. I have a feeling that Distiller may somehow have become corrupted and Acrobat needs a reinstall. I looked for update patches for Acrobat 5 with Win XP, but couldn't find any.
