Thanks -- it seems that the only thing which has changed in the license is that Coda has been changed to MakeMusic.


Actually, the end-user isn't in the table of contents and it isn't in the index and it isn't in the first chapter -- it's before the first chapter, and before How to Use the manual and before What's New, but I did find it. Wonder why they don't index it or list it in the table of contents? Maybe they don't want to draw attention to it?
