Feel free to read my Fin2004 review at: http://www.finaletips.nu/ Here's a quote: "When a document is saved as a MIDI file, the Human Playback information will be stored as well." Not possible to the save the HP modifications themselves to a Finale document (unless you import the exported MIDI file).
