I bet that's hackable ("Show Package Contents" and all that), much the same way you can trick the OS into enabling Quartz Extreme on PCI cards. In fact, I bet it's only a matter of time before a third-party hack appears for this on VersionTracker. Obviously, there is no technical reason why this feature could not be enabled on an OEM Radeon 9800. (In fact, there is probably no technical reason why it could not be enabled on *any* ATI card... )
We shall see, I guess.
