When I installed 2k4 I like the docking of tool bars on the side of the window; it uses less vertical real estate. However, when opening Finale later I find that the buttons are spread out resulting in a number of them flowing off the bottom of the screen and inaccessible. When I hover over buttons they are rectangular shaped instead of square.(They were square when I first installed Fin). It is this elongation that spreads them out. This only affects tool bars docked vertically. Is there some way to correct this bug or did I do something inadvertently to cause this problem? BTW I am on Windows ME.
