Is there any way, with speedy entry, to have all the accidentals I enter appear, and only those? For example, if I enter an F sharp, I don't want an F natural afterwards. And if I enter a second F sharp in the same measure, I want to see it also. I know how to force it to appear (*), but I was wondering if I could have this by default.

Using the * key is the way to force an accidental to show. However, if you want all "black" notes to have accidental signs, you can use the Cautionary Accidentals plug-in to get them all to show. If you want all notes to be signed (as in much 12-tone serial music), you can set all natural notes to have signs as well with the same plug-in.
