For a custom clef you need to create custom key signatures. This may seem strange, but you'll need to open the Key Signature dialog box and choose "Nonstandard". Then click on ClefOrd to get to the "Accidental Octave Placement" dialog box. The number of your clef (0) should already be set. Use the "Prev" and "Next" buttons next to "Unit" to cycle through the sharps and flats (positive units are sharps, negative units are flats) and set the octave for each accidental (octave 0 is the one that starts with middle C).

Best wishes,

I repeat the following question in case it was missed.

I have set up a clef (F clef on the top line of the stave: middle C = 4,
clef position = 0) but when I add a key signature it appears well above the
stave. How do I get it to appear on the stave?
