Is there any way at all to fix the horrendous problems with the spacing of grace notes in WinFin2003?
I have been testing various solutions for setting the document option for grace note distance, but that seems to be a bare minimum, and the actual problems with the spacing algorithms are in the music spacing allotments, which, it seems, calculate the spacing as though the grace note were at 100% (if I set the size of grace notes to 100%, the spacing still works). Is there *anything* that can be done to fix this? I've tried copying manual positioning, but this completely removes most of the space between the left barline and the first note, so it's just as unacceptable as the other spacing. Do I have to position each grace note manually? If so, why hasn't someone created a plugin for this? It's been a problem for a long, long time, seems to me, especially with multiple "grace notes." -- David W.
