I have exactly the same setup...HP 4MV, TCP connection, OSX, Finale'04, etc., and would be very interested in how to set things up for additional paper sizes. (The stuff for defining nonstandard sized in the standard print setup box popup? I haven't gotten it to work right for Finale or anything else, at least in OSX 10.2.8. Maybe it's something in the HP 4V/MV support...)
On EPS: Can't one print a page to disk to get PostScript, and then run it through ghostscript to make it into an EPS? I'll have to try one page of a score.
