Since the program can't tell when you might want them and when you might not want them, you need to adjust each tuplet manually.

I believe you might be able to use the select-and-paint option, where you select a particular measure or measures as the model and then you can paint the same rhythmic markings in whichever target measures you want. I haven't used this feature of Finale much so I can't walk you through the steps necessary, and I don't even know if it will do what you want, but it might.

Does TGTools offer such a feature?
