Hi Darcy,

I suspect that there  may be other issues with your duplexer like the
plastic tab. I have been successful printing double sided pages without the
horrible racket you mention but I have had the  wrinkling I mentioned with
20 lb. paper and 24 lb paper. I suspect that I need to use 32 lb paper,
which  is what I would use for a final project, but haven't tried because I
am about to move and don't want to order a lot of paper and then have to
move it.
