In the Staf Transpositions dialog, set Interval to 2 (two steps up 
from E to G) and Key Alter to -10 (negative numbers are equivalent to 
flats. You need 4 flats to cancel the 4 sharps of Emajor + 6 flats 
for the key of Gb major).

I turn to your collective wisdom for what I hope is a simple answer.

I am working on a piece for small ensemble in the E major concert key.  How
do I display the Bb trumpet part in Gb instead of F#?
