No. I also use EPSs for ossias in Finale (for footnotes, much easier than using the ossia tool). TIFF is not an option as these go out as PDFs in the end, and I would need at least 1200 dpi TIFs, which blow up the PDF size. Besides, I really want these to be vector graphics, which always print better than TIFFs (that's a fact, even if one can't see it easily).
