My understanding is that the primary problems with the Mac version are related to with the shift to OSX and compatibility issues with earlier OSs. As the windows version hasn't had to deal with the jump to a newer OS, it (in my experience of it) has much less problems. In addition, it's actually a pretty damn good upgrade, I think. It seems to me that every second upgrade is the really significant one: 2000, 2002, 2004 brought the most useful new features, IMO.

I have just received an offer from our Australian supplier to upgrade. Should I stay with 2003 version, or is the new version worth it, and will it bring me great angst? Thanks for your advice.
