Support is really behind right now. They're working as hard as they can to catch up. They've had to deal with two product releases in less than a month, so they're a bit up to their eyeballs...

Last email I sent them took 6 days to get a response, and that was before 2004b came out. I'm sure that since the update release they've got even more emails to sort through, so I figure you probably just have to wait.
