A thirty odd page full score is great for rehearsal, but a 'short score' of three or four pages is much better for an outdoor windy performance in the park!
If not can someone point me to it in the OLD (Grrrr!)

Use a copy of your full score file, saved as something like MyMarchShortScore.mus
Use mass mover tool to select the parts you want on one of the staves of your short score and then under Mass Edit choose Implode Music and then allow it to add a staff to the bottom of the score.
Do the same for what you want on each of the staves of your short score.
Copy the dynamics you need and other expression marks.
Use mass mover to highlight and delete all the original staves.
Place text boxes or expressions to indicate the instrumentation where it's important.
