I haven't tried the OS 9 version, but the general consensus seems to be that the OS X version is more usable. As far as I am concerned, even though I am disappointed by the overall performance of MacFin2k4, I find that other than the feature improvements there is one major advantage of Fin2k4 in OS X: it is much more stable.
