Hello One question about copyright regarding music which is not of public domain: how do you find the copyright's holder? As an example, let's say: I want to arrange a music piece like Hey Jude or a cartoon's main theme, etc. and I know the author's name(s); where do I find the information needed for contacting the main referent who can release permissions and extend rights on these protected works?
